If you were to use another shotgun with the dragon shot gun there is a way you can get no delay, shoot your primary shotgun then shoot your ar/smg for , 4 seconds then shot your dragon shot gun.

I think the new meta is a harpoon and the dragon shotgun since there is no delay on the harpoon you just could just hit them with the dragon shotgun and harpoon them 152 with the dragon shotgun and 72 damage with the harpoon easy kills
